Back to FAQsIPAMS provides a list of vacant positions and to view this list, click the JOB LEADS tab. If interested and qualified for any listed position, register and apply online in the APPLICANTS page. Watch this quick tutorial on how to apply online. Effective July 2011, every applicant must register online and copy/paste their resume, or upload resume in MS Word format online. If you meet the criteria of the position you are applying for, on the basis of our preliminary evaluation, you will initially receive a notification either via email, sms, or telephone call for further assessment, short-listing or final interview. Otherwise, follow-ups will not be necessary. Ensure completeness in your resume and provide all the details of your work experience. This means you must input your complete job task/description per job position title that you hold in all your work experience. This is important in order for us to assess your qualifications for the position you are applying for. The strength of your resume is highly dependent on the details that you input in the job titles you hold.

Back to FAQsYou will need to copy/paste your complete resume in MS Word format when you apply online or upload it, paste a scanned 2x2 colored photograph with white background, and if possible, a scanned copy of the biographic page of your passport.

Back to FAQsWe do not have provincial branches at the present time, but we are seriously considering this possibility. We, however, conduct provincial sourcing as the need arises and we announce or advertise the schedule in advance, either through nationwide or local newsprint publication (classified ad), TV crawler ad, radio, and through our website www.ipams.com and other job portals. Better yet, we strongly recommend that you apply online. "Like" us on Facebook and follow us on Twitter also to keep abreast of announcements.
Back to FAQsYes, definitely. However, you have to make sure that you had been issued an "Exit Visa" (not an Exit-Reentry Visa) by your former employer in KSA. If you found out that your former employer has issued you an Exit-Reentry Visa, contact them ASAP and seek their advice whether you can return to their country under a new visa sponsor or not. This is to avoid potential problems (i.e. deportation) with the KSA Immigration. For our client such as Saudi Aramco, the No Objection Certificate (NOC) is a primary requirement. Otherwise, the 2-year Out-of-Kingdom Rule must be followed.
Back to FAQsNO, absolutely not. Unlike some entities that state "NO FEES" yet charge candidates with hidden fees, IPAMS firmly believes in upholding its principle of “NO PLACEMENT FEE NO PROCESSING FEES nor salary deduction arrangement for all its worldwide recruitment. IPAMS started this golden rule when it was conceived in 1971, and today, still upholds this belief in line with its mission of maintaining the highest standards of integrity and service. Our international and local clients shoulder your recruitment and deployment expenses to include your initial compulsory insurance coverage as mandated by Republic Act 10022.
Back to FAQsAs authorized by the POEA, OFWs are required to pay for their mandatory PhilHealth annual coverage and Pag-ibig Membership contributions pursuant to Republic Act No. 9679 or the Home Development Mutual Fund Law of 2009.
Back to FAQsThe monthly salary rate for a position is generally commensurate to qualification and experience requirements. In most cases, the salary rate is not discussed until after the selection is done and it is formalized into an Offer of Employment with accompanying employee benefit package and other terms and conditions of the Employment Contract. IPAMS only chooses the best reputable clients who can provide you with highly competitive compensation and benefit package.
Back to FAQsGenerally, if you did not receive any notification after the final interview, you were not favorably selected for the current vacancy. However, this should not stop you from applying again. If you think that you would qualify for any future vacancy, simply update your resume particularly if you acquired additional training and/or experience. We advise that you keep visiting our website for updated job openings and schedule of interview workshops. "Like" us on Facebook or follow us on Twitter as well.
