Qualifications:
  • BS Degree
  • Four (4) years' experience in the applicable field preferably in the assigned area. A working knowledge of the concerned organization's structure, job requirements, and opportunities.

Task Description:
  • Conducts regular visits to the operations workforce of the Sulfur Recovery process areas of the gas plant to assess their experience level and provide coaching to bridge the gaps.
  • Assesses operating instructions along with the startup and shutdown procedures and provide suggestions to improve them.
  • Makes recommendations and provide suggestions to improve work processes and site condition.
  • Conducts workshops to exchange best practices and lessons learned across the gas plants operators.
  • Reviews and improve OTS malfunctions and training models.
