Qualifications: College Graduate At least 5 years preferably with FMCG background Task Description: Inspecting containers upon arrival, this includes hygiene, labeling, packing, temperature of goods and quality issues such as bruising, discoloration, smell and taste Yields Analysis of fruits and vegetables prior to accepting consignments Proper documentation and informative report with pictures analyzing any issues or problems Raises claims by contacting the appropriate personel Orders for a surveyor to visit and inspect the consignment Following up with surveyors to generate the claim report which is later passed to the insurance company and other concerned parties Claims status updates, which includes each and every consignment which the company has claimed and what is the status as to whether we received a credit note from the supplier, auctioned, destroyed and/or re-exported Continuous QA stock inspection of the cold storages Generating a weekly QA stock inspection report of all the goods available in the cold storages Continuous study of the shelf life for all fruits and vegetables inside the cold storages.
