POEA Governing Board Resolution No. 12, Series of 2016, exempts workers returning to the same employer from securing Overseas Employment Certificates (OEC).  However, workers must register at bmonline.ph for  the  OEC exemption procedures.

For those  requesting assistance from IPAMS, the POEA has temporarily suspended manual issuance of OECs for balikbayan/returnees and workers do not have to report to IPAMS for OEC processing at this time.  Announcements will be posted at IPAMS website if and when we can resume this assistance to returnees.

This link (https://idole.dole.gov.ph/signup) will show the I-DOLE ID securance process.  However,  "The system will only accept OEC number/exemption number with validity date from October 16, 2017 onwards."  Workers who were issued OECs before Oct 16, 2017 will have to register at bmonline.ph before they can proceed.

We encourage workers to monitor the DOLE and POEA websites for updates during this initial implementation period for i-DOLE IDs.
